Holistic Wellbeing

"Work-life balance is no longer just a business buzzword. It has had an impact on people of all ages and genders. Under the capable guidance of Ms. Madhu Raina Pande, NMIMS CIS arranged a Holistic Wellness workshop as part of the Organizational Behaviour course curriculum to raise awareness among students about the need of nurturing their mental and physical well-being. She led the students on a journey to discover their inner power in order to improve their mental and physical health. She imparted with them easy and frequent workout which will help them release their potential to the best".
